Registration & Account

Signing up on betslip is quick and straightforward. On the registration page Enter your name, email or mobile number, password, and date of birth. Then verify using the OTP sent to your email or SMS, and your account is ready to go. The whole process takes just 2–3 minutes.

The minimum deposit to open an account on betslip is 18 years of age. We are committed to responsible gaming and do not approve accounts for minors. A National ID Card may be requested to verify your age.

Login & Security

After logging in Settings > Security > 2FA Go to the section. Both mobile OTP and authenticator app methods are supported. With 2FA enabled, no one can access your account even if they know your password.

Entering the wrong password multiple times in a row will temporarily lock your account for 30 minutes. It will unlock automatically once the time has passed. For a faster resolution, contact support@betslip.ws — your identity will be verified and your account unlocked.

Whenever a login is detected from a new or unrecognized device, betslip automatically sends an alert to your email or mobile number. If that wasn't you, change your password immediately and notify us at support@betslip.ws.
Deposits & Withdrawals

To deposit on betslip bKash, Nagad, Rocket and bank transfer are supported. After logging in Wallet > Deposit Go to the section, choose your amount and method. In most cases, your balance is credited within 5 minutes.

Minimum Deposit ৳200 and the minimum withdrawal is ৳500. Maximum limits vary depending on your payment method and account tier. VIP members can transact at higher limits.

betslip does not charge any deposit or withdrawal fees. However, your mobile banking provider (bKash, Nagad, etc.) may apply their own charges. Check your payment provider's fee structure before making a transaction.

For security reasons, withdrawals are generally processed through the same method used for the deposit. In special circumstances, an alternative withdrawal method may be available — contact the support team in advance, as additional verification may be required.

Yes, a pending withdrawal can be cancelled before processing begins. You'll see a "Cancel" button next to the pending transaction in the Wallet section. Once processing has started, cancellation is no longer possible.

Expired bonuses are automatically cancelled and removed from your account. Bonus validity periods typically range from 7 to 30 days. It's best to check the expiry date and terms as soon as you receive a bonus.

With the betslip referral program, you earn a bonus when a friend you refer makes their first deposit. Your referral link can be found in your profile settings. The current referral bonus amount on the Promotions page. See.

betslip offers weekly and monthly cashback promotions. A portion of your net losses over a given period is returned to you as cashback. It's typically credited to your account every Monday for the previous week.

Only one bonus can be active at a time. However, certain promotions may allow bonuses to be combined. Before claiming a new bonus, make sure you've met or cancelled the terms of any existing one.

Sports Betting

Live betting, or in-play betting, lets you place bets in real time while a match is in progress. On the match odds page Watch live matches and select your odds. Odds change in real time, so quick decisions matter.

Once a bet is confirmed, it generally cannot be cancelled. However, if a match is cancelled or abandoned, your stake will be automatically refunded to your account. A "cash out" option is available on select bet markets.

If a match is fully cancelled, your stake will be refunded in full. If rain stops play after a certain number of overs, the result may be determined by the DLS method. It's worth checking the rules for each event before placing your bet.

Cash out lets you secure a return before a match is over. The cash out value updates in real time based on how the match is progressing. You'll find the cash out option next to pending bets in your bet history — though it isn't available on all markets.
